Evaluation and Optimization of Multi-Parameter Prediction Index for Coal Spontaneous Combustion Combined with Temperature Programmed Experiment

Coal spontaneous combustion (CSC) is a serious threat to the safe mining of coal resources, and selection suitable gas indicators predict CSC state crucial for prevention control mine fires. In this paper, temperature-programmed experiment was first carried out analyze components compositions in oxidative pyrolysis process three samples (lignite, long-flame coal, lean coal) with different coalification degrees. Subsequently, tendency these evaluated. Finally, through variation concentration, concentration ratio, fire coefficient temperature, predicting were preferred, multi-parameter indicator system established make comprehensive judgment on status coal. The results show that rank negatively correlated oxygen consumption rate. higher degree slower oxidation reaction later characteristic temperature point appears. lignite selected type more prone than poor CO C2H6/CH4, second R2 can be used as main CSC, while other gases, olefin-alkane ratio auxiliary indicators. To some extent, research content effectively accurately determine stage combustion, which has certain guiding role CSC.
